Biography
Mark started his career in the world of Retail Banking and Finance, progressing through roles in sales through to compliance strategy before retraining six years ago to pursue his passion for graphic design.
He believes good graphic design is about visually communicating a business' core values and aspirations, in the right voice to the intended audience. His previous experience enables him to understand a project from a business perspective allowing him to develop ideas and designs that are commercially viable.
When not working he is an avid movie fan, loves to cook and has a “geeky” collection of urban vinyl toys.

Deborah joined the pharmaceutical industry and spent twelve successful years in
sales and sales management, reaching the position of Business Director with
GSK before deciding to branch out on her own.
Her special qualities include a passion for people development and bringing out the best in people through coaching. She also has a keen interest in optimising the
sales and marketing interface in order to gain maximum organisational effectiveness.
Outside of work Deborah is a keen keep fit devotee dividing her leisure time between, running, yoga, swimming and pilates, and bringing up four children, ages, 6,9,17 and 18.

Biography
Cliff is one of the UK's leading financial journalists and commentators.
After studying Mathematics at London University, Cliff qualified as a financial adviser before embarking on a career in financial services. He worked in marketing and client-facing roles for several leading financial firms, including GE Capital, RSA and HBOS.
After 15 years in financial services, Cliff joined The Motley Fool website in 2003, quickly becoming its most popular writer. In 2005, Cliff became a freelancer, providing copywriting and consultancy services to a wide range of businesses.
Cliff has been at the heart of marketing and PR campaigns for the likes of BT, Denplan, Hargreaves Lansdown, Monilink, the Post Office and Tesco. Also, he frequently appears as a pundit/expert on radio, television and webcasts, most recently in BBC1's Rip-off Britain.
Crucially, Cliff was one of a handful of financial commentators to predict the global financial crash of 2007/09, having repeatedly warned of bubbles in credit and house prices from 2005 onwards.
Cliff's first book, The Financial Times Guide to Managing Your Money, was published in 2008.
Cliff -- a keen private investor -- is 43 and married, with two young children.

Paul has been involved in developing and implementing Customer & Market Strategy since 1980. Over the years he has worked with clients in a wide range of industries including Aviation, Banking, Brewing, Business Services, Computing and Software, Construction, Domestic Appliances, Economic Development, Financial Services, Housing, Hotels and Catering, Online gaming, Publishing, Retailing, Telecommunications, Tourism, Utilities, Web services and others.
He holds a degree in Business Studies as well as an MBA and a PhD in Marketing Strategy, both from Cranfield University. He was elected a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM) in 1988, elected a member of CIM Council 1999-2001 and the CIM International Board of Trustees 2002-2004.
As well as working with clients, Paul is currently Visiting Professor at the University of Southampton and the Collège des Ingénieurs in Paris, President of the CIM Southern Region and a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufacturers and Commerce (FRSA).

Biography
John has a degree in psychology and has used this degree over the past 30 years in sales management, training and coaching within the pharmaceutical industry.
He has almost twenty years of management experience with blue chip companies such as GSK . More recently John has been using his skills in the field of coaching and team building.
He is also undertaking further self-development in the area of counselling in order to gain a greater insight into the part played by people's beliefs and values in their working lives.
When not working John may be found either in the local gym, out on his motorbike or at home trying to keep the family home from falling down.

Sean started his career at a firm of accountants in Southampton, rapidly progressing until, 3 years and 6 promotions later, he started his own accountancy practice.
He specialises in saving tax, making money and helping businesses grow. He’s worked with hundreds of business, using his ambitious nature, problem solving ability and innovative solutions to help take business to the next level.
When he’s not working his magic with numbers, you’ll find him in the gym, beating friends on the playstation, or watching films.
